Monthly bookkeeping that catches the things you'd miss - missed claims, miscoded transactions, the GST deadline sneaking up. You stay informed, not in the dark. No quote surprises, no quarterly panic.
Weekly
I'm in your Xero reconciling transactions, coding expenses, and flagging anything that needs a decision from you.
Monthly
I send you a check-in summary - what happened, anything you need to action, and the headline numbers for the month.
Quarterly (Plus tier)
Proper financial reports - profit and loss, balance sheet, cashflow. The data you actually use to make decisions.
As-it-happens
Got a tricky expense? A new income stream? A staff question? You call or email and we sort it.
Who this is for
Who this isn't for
Ongoing bookkeeping is what the Starter and Plus monthly packages are designed for - $315/month or $470/month with reporting. Hourly catch-ups are $70/hr if you'd rather start there.
On a monthly package, I'm in your Xero at least weekly - reconciling, coding, and flagging anything that looks off. You get a monthly check-in from me with a summary of what happened and anything you need to action. Plus tier adds quarterly or monthly reporting on top.
Yes - but less than you think. You'll need to send me receipts for cash expenses, code your bank feed if you want to (or leave it to me), and answer the occasional question about whether something's personal or business. The aim is for you to understand what's in your books, not be in the dark.
Tell me, and we adjust. New employee? I'll set up payroll. New income stream? We'll get the categorisation right. Selling the business? We'll talk about what needs to happen and who else you should involve. The monthly package is month-to-month so changes are easy.
Yes - that's what the hourly option is for. Some clients prefer to keep their own books day-to-day and call me when they're stuck or want a second pair of eyes. $70/hr, no minimum, no commitment to anything ongoing.
Yes - day-to-day bookkeeping, GST, payroll, and books ready for end-of-year. I refer the Ltd company end-of-year return itself to an accountant. If you don't already have one, I'll help you find a good one.
Tell me what you're running and where the friction is. I'll come back within a working day with a plain answer about what monthly bookkeeping with me would actually look like.
