These terms apply to your use of the KDBookworks website at kdbookworks.co.nz. The terms of any bookkeeping service I provide to you as a client are set out separately in the engagement letter we sign at the start of work.

The information on this site is provided in good faith for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and should not be relied on as such. Your circumstances are specific to you - if you need advice that applies to your situation, engage me as a client (or another qualified advisor) so I can provide it properly.

Journal articles

Articles in the journal section reflect my views at the time of writing and may not reflect current tax law, software features, or best practice. Always check with a current source (IRD, Xero documentation, or me) before acting on anything in an older article.

Linked sites

This site links to third-party sites including Xero, IRD, and external article sources. I have no control over those sites and am not responsible for their content or accuracy.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by NZ law, I exclude all liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Use of this site is at your own risk.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute arising from this site falls under the jurisdiction of NZ courts.
